What is in this course: Our previous courses have already taught you that training process can be optimized. The optimization methods in general are leading to a “perfect” individualized training plans which are far more efficient and precise comparing to “conventional” training practices which are dominating coaching industry today. However, the real success will come after the plan is actually executed. From a coaching perspective, training process management techniques are also very important. The good thing is that contemporary approach to optimization of training process is also providing solutions for its proper management.
